Eligibility and agreement
The iOS app is for people aged 18 and older. The Android app follows its store age rating and applicable local eligibility requirements. You must agree to these Terms of Use (EULA) and the Privacy Policy before using the service. The operator is Shinwook Jang. These terms take effect on October 10, 2026.
Protecting one another
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Sexual or pornographic content, hate or discrimination, violence or threats, harassment or abuse, advertising or spam, encouragement of illegal activity, and content that infringes others’ rights are prohibited. Do not share contact details or another person’s private information. Anonymity does not excuse abuse.
Content and enforcement
You retain rights to your content and are responsible for what you post. We may store, deliver, and review content as necessary to provide and protect the service. Prohibited content may be rejected, removed, or hidden. Offending users may be suspended or removed from the service. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
Reporting, blocking, and removal
Use the visible letter controls to report it, block its writer, or remove it from your list. Reporting or removing a letter immediately removes it from your list. Blocking stops further letters from that writer. The operator reviews content reports within 24 hours of receipt, removes violating content, and restricts offending users.
Privacy and accounts
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion in Settings. Gipum is not a counseling, treatment, or emergency response service. If you face immediate danger, contact emergency services in your region.

Use Contact & Report in Settings or email [email protected]. Include only the minimum personal information needed and describe the screen and time of the incident.
